I dreamt of a darkened house I was seeking the exit from. As I neared the exit a bright pink mantis stood out, illuminated by a strange light. Its shadow took the shape of a woman, and for a moment I thought she was me. I picked up the mantis to see it closer, and when I did, it jumped on my nose and plucked out my eyes.
